Happiness is just a state of mind

Why so many suicides in India in recent years?

Especially the teenagers[15-20]. The main reasons are as follows –

Depression– A very serious matter. Teens having Break-ups in a very short age in near about 18-19 and totally going into total depression . To know about the partner it take’s about 6 months or even more than that then how can you decide you partner in very short span.

Stress-Due to incomplete or pending work being not done.and then Boss or head forces you to compete the pending work.

Anxiety -When the exam results are out. Whatever your marks are no one can demotivate or demote you.Your own potential is so much that no one can understand and you just could be the next Dr .APJ Abdul Kalam sir,or even the Next Elon Musk or even Next Jeff Bezos. Its that only You can discover your own potential .And work on yourself.

Pressure– Many times the outsiders such as relatives ,friends pressurise you do get best in your exams or any knid of competitive exams and if not done so then they will laugh or make fun of you in front of many people. this may be termed as Outside Pressure. Many a times internal pressure develops so much and gets so much saturated/frustated that you lead towards thinking of ending life , ultimately suicide. This is Internal pressure.

According to an interview given by a psychiatrist “Stress, anxiety disorder, depression, personality disorder“- all these things result in mental illness that leads a student towards suicide. This happens when the students are not familiar with/satisfied with his or her surroundings”. Although fight or argument in friendships and relationships is also a prominent reason for having these feelings.

Parental and peer pressure also have an adverse effect.

What we can do on our behalf?
Surely confront him/her

We can give them emotional support and help them in beating/defeating their own fear, depression, any kind of stress and anxiety.Stop calling them by different names by their colour, skin tone, religion , caste . Stop calling them mad, pagal, dimag kharab , or any kind of wrong words or hurt their any kind of sentiment.Support even in their bad times . Because we dont know what is going through in their minds.

These imposed lockdown will go on further for few months till the coronavirus vaccine comes out. Till then provide support/help to our own friends, relatives ,cousins and to every person who is facing these kinds of issues in their life.
