-A Blissful positive attitude.

-Accept that there are situations that you cannot control or which is not in your hand .

-Be calm and be a good listener as well.

-Learn and practice relaxation techniques :-
               -Tai-chi-An chinese technique of meditation

               -meditation in Buddhism vipasana also called aana-paan which means that you close you eyes and watch out you breath as it comes and  goes out.


         -Exercise regularly

         -Eat a well balance diet.

       -Get enough amount of sleep and rest. The body releases              chemicals like melatonin when you sleep which helps                   against stress.
